1. Order Processing Time Processing time is the period from order placement (with payment confirmed) to handover to the carrier.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time, Denver) on business days begin processing that day (subject to verification and availability). Orders after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or U.S. federal holidays begin the next business day.
- Handling Time: All orders are verified, packaged with protective materials, and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours.
2. Shipping Time All products ship from our U.S. warehouse.
- Standard Transit Time: 5–10 business days after dispatch under normal conditions.
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
These timelines are based on standard carrier performance. Rare delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier operations, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). If your order exceeds the expected window, contact us for tracking and support.
3. Shipping Fees (United States) We offer simple, transparent rates:
- Orders $0.00 – $59.99: Flat fee of $9.90 per order.
- Orders $60.00 and over: FREE standard shipping.
No hidden fees or surcharges.
4. Shipping Methods & Tracking We partner with trusted carriers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number sent upon dispatch.
- Tracking usually updates within 24–72 hours.
Large or heavy items (e.g., sofas, beds) may require signature confirmation or scheduled delivery for safety.
5. Shipping Zones We currently ship only to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other territories). International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Address Changes If you need to update your shipping address:

- Once processing or shipping begins, changes may not be possible. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
