Welcome to Holaki. We are committed to your satisfaction with our home furnishings, including beds, mattresses, furniture, and decor. Please review this policy carefully for a clear and transparent return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking) to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received: unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and free of modifications.
  • Returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, labels, and protective materials.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. How to Initiate a Return (1) Contact Us: Email support@holaki.co within the 30-day window. Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return. (2) Await Approval: If approved, we will send a Return Authorization email with the return address (our main return processing center is located in Denver, CO — specific address provided in the email) and detailed instructions.

Important: Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Non-quality returns (e.g., change of mind, preference): You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Quality issues (damaged, defective, incorrect item): We cover return shipping and provide a pre-paid label or equivalent solution.
  • Restocking Fee: None for approved, eligible returns.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Reporting Deadline: Contact support@holaki.cowithin 7 days of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: Include order number and clear photos of:
    • Outer carton (showing damage and label).
    • Internal packaging.
    • Affected item(s) or missing parts.
  • Resolution: We will review and offer replacement parts (often fastest), full replacement, or refund. Retain original packaging until resolved.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following are non-returnable:

  • Clearance, discounted, or “final sale” items.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Custom/personalized items.
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable items, or gases.

7. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the item (per above) and place a new order. For same-model exchanges (e.g., different size/color, if eligible):

  • Request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Replacement ships within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.

8. Refunds

  • Inspection: We email you once the return is received and inspected, confirming approval.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
  • Bank/Posting Time: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time (up to 3–20 business days) to post funds. If over 15 business days since approval, contact support@holaki.co.
