• All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays).

Shipping Time

• All products ship from our U.S. warehouse.
• Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days (excluding processing time).
• Minor delays may occur in remote areas or during peak holiday periods.

Note: Shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, high shipping volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Methods & Tracking

• We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Tracking information usually updates within 24–72 hours (may take longer during busy periods or holidays).

Shipping Zones

• We currently ship only to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and other U.S. territories).
• If your shipping address is in an unsupported area, we will contact you before processing the order to discuss possible solutions.
• We do not ship internationally at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Fees

• Orders over $60: Free shipping
• Orders under $60: Flat rate of $9.90
• No hidden fees or surcharges.

Shipping Delays

Non-customized items; non-clearance/discounted items

⚠️ Exchanges cannot be processed for items showing signs of human damage or obvious usage.

2. Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchanges are not supported under the following circumstances:

Customized products / personalized products

Clearance, discounted items, or products labeled “non-returnable/non-exchangeable”

Non-Quality Issues (Personal Reasons):
